The Fremont City’s Zoning Administrator has given the green light to a new mixed-use development project at the southwest corner of Paseo Padre Parkway and Capitol Avenue (39039 Paseo Padre Parkway). Led by the Deccan Pacific Group, the eight-story mixed-use building will consist of 179 market-rate apartment units, 8,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space, and a parking garage.
The building is planned to have commercial space along Capitol Avenue that is focused on pedestrians, which will bring more activity to the area, boost economic vitality, and broaden the range of goods and services available to the community.
