India secured a thrilling 7-run victory over England in the T20 World Cup semi-final, booking their place in the tournament final after a high-scoring contest.

Batting first, India posted a massive 253/7 in 20 overs. The innings was built on aggressive contributions from several batters. Shivam Dube played a crucial knock of 43 runs, while Ishan Kishan scored 39 off 18 balls with an impressive strike rate. Hardik Pandya added 27 runs, and Tilak Varma provided late momentum with a quick 21 off just 7 deliveries, helping India reach one of the biggest totals of the tournament.

Chasing the daunting target, England put up a strong fight, finishing at 246/7 in 20 overs. The highlight of their innings was a stunning 105-run knock by Jacob Bethell, who kept England in the contest with explosive hitting.
