NEW JERSEY — The Campbell's Company has named Indian-origin executive Mohit Anand as Executive Vice President and President of its Snacks division, effective February 23, placing one of America's most iconic snack portfolios in his hands.

Anand will oversee a powerhouse lineup of beloved brands — including Goldfish, Pepperidge Farm, Snyder's of Hanover, Lance, Kettle Brand, Cape Cod, and Late July — and will report directly to Campbell's President and CEO Mick Beekhuizen, joining the company's Operating Committee as an executive officer. He succeeds Elizabeth Duggan, who is departing the company.

Anand brings a formidable global résumé to the role. He most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Mars Snacking following Kellanova's acquisition by Mars, and previously led Kellanova's North American frozen foods business. Earlier, he helmed Kellogg's snacks business across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, and held senior roles at Unilever and Procter & Gamble across three continents.

Beekhuizen said Anand's "track record of improving sales, margins, and operational efficiency" makes him the right leader to return Campbell's Snacks to "sustainable growth."
