We are seeking a passionate and community-driven Non-Profit Volunteer Manager to join the DonorMozo Platform team in the Stockton area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, coordinating, and managing volunteers for nonprofit organizations, temples, fundraising events, and community outreach programs using the DonorMozo platform.
The Volunteer Manager will play a key role in strengthening community engagement, supporting nonprofit operations, and helping organizations maximize volunteer participation and donation activities. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills along with a strong passion for social impact and community service.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard volunteers for nonprofit and community initiatives
- Coordinate volunteer activities, schedules, and event participation
- Support temples and nonprofit organizations using the DonorMozo platform
- Promote volunteer programs and fundraising campaigns through outreach and social media
- Build strong relationships with volunteers, donors, nonprofits, and community leaders
- Organize and manage charity events, donation drives, and awareness campaigns
- Maintain volunteer records, engagement reports, and participation tracking
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for successful campaign execution
- Assist nonprofits with volunteer coordination and community engagement strategies
- Track campaign performance and provide regular activity reports
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in nonprofit management, volunteer coordination, or community outreach
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with nonprofits, temples, or fundraising programs preferred
- Passion for community service and social impact initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate events effectively
- Familiarity with social media, outreach programs, and CRM tools is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Social Work, or related field preferred
- Self-motivated, compassionate, and team-oriented personality
