Our Yoga Flow SF Ocean Studio offers heated vinyasa classes and non-heated yoga classes with a childcare program and a Yoga Boutique, PLUS Yoga Teacher Trainings and a robust Workshop & Events Program! We are conveniently located near City College and San Francisco State University, just a few minutes south of the Mission District. Our 2,100 sq. ft. practice room was originally built for the Free Masons. The lofted ceilings and grand windows provide a space like none other. We have state-of-the-art lighting, heating, and sound systems; and we love to bring music into the practice! The practice of yoga is a beautiful reminder that we dont need a Monday or a new year to begin again. Each breath and each moment offer a new beginning.
