Tabla Academy offers beginner and intermediate level Tabla lessons for all ages. We believe in providing a friendly and comfortable atmosphere for aspiring Tabla players. Our goal is to teach proper techniques and basic fundamentals which build a strong foundation. We also offer Tabla courses that provide training for settings such as ghazals, kirtan, bhajans, geets, and instrumental accompaniment. Classes are organized into groups by ability and include a combination of theory and practical. Students will learn aspects of Tabla accompaniment, compositions for performance, practice techniques, and exercises to improve their hands.
