Sari Palace was established in 1987 by Anil and Asha Thakkar in Berkeley, California. From humble beginnings as a start-up out of the Thakkar residence, Sari Palace has grown to become one of the largest Indian clothing boutiques in Northern California. Asha and Anil’s daughter, Heeral Mehta, spearheaded Sari Palace’s expansion with the opening of a second location in Southern California’s Little India in 2016, and the launch of their eCommerce platform in 2019. We have been providing clients with the finest Indian fashion for over three decades, while continuing to prioritize customer service, client satisfaction and a close working relationship with our clients.
