Saphalya Music Academy - The name Saphalya means "Success".  The Academy has truly been successful in culturally enriching the lives of many through music since its inception back in 2009. Smt. Divya Ramesh, is the Founder and Director of Saphalya Music Academy, CA, USA. Smt. Divya Ramesh teaches Carnatic music,  to children and adults with great devotion and commitment to the art form. Her energy, passion, dedication, attention to detail, and love for her students is exemplary . Her style of teaching reinforces 3P's - Practice, Patience and Perseverance. The school enjoys the active support and blessings of Gurus Karnataka Kalashree Tirumale Srinivas and Nada Vallabha Delhi P. Sunder Rajan to impart and spread the classical music art with Bay Area's vibrant Indian American community. Saphalya is known for laying a very strong foundation for the aspiring music students. The several techniques incorporated in teaching have enabled the students to not only become confident , perform better , but also appreciate the rich system & structure of music. Saphalya caters to the individual aspirations of a student , who would like to thrive on a concert platform or just enjoy singing for cultural connection. The school provides various opportunities for students to explore the vastness, versatility within the boundaries of traditional settings of carnatic music.  Apart from being actively performing in Bay area events, the school also organizes Dasa Smriti, Purandara Vaibhava to spread awareness about rich literature, Dasa Sahitya and pays homage to the father of Carnatic Music Sri Purandara Dasaru. The school is affiliated to Sampada certification program done by SiliconAndhra in affiliation with Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University (PSTU), a NAAC accredited institution and students have cleared the Junior & Senior exams securing distinction. The school aims at encouraging, nurturing the talent, and bringing out the best in them all without compromising on quality.  Many of our senior students are now performing concerts and vocally supporting key events around the bay area. Students who have been at Saphalya for a long time firmly believe music as part of their life, a stress relieving activity and an activity to connect to people and serve. At Saphalya, we ensure every child is given attention to practice in group and individually and gives ample opportunities to thrive and explore the artform.
